Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StreamPulsePlus (the "Service"), operated by the StreamPulsePlus team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StreamPulsePlus.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamPulsePlus.

2. The Service

StreamPulsePlus helps you log TikTok live sessions, view analytics, generate an AI-recommended weekly schedule, and optionally share that schedule to Discord. The Service is an analytics and coaching tool; it does not connect to your TikTok account and cannot post or control your streams.

3. Subscription and billing

• StreamPulsePlus Pro is a recurring subscription at £4.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payments are processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge the recurring fee through Base44 Payments until you cancel.
• Your trial is free for 7 days; if you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and the first monthly fee is charged.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refunds

Fees for a started billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us (see the Contact page) and we'll review your case.

5. Acceptable use

• Use StreamPulsePlus only for your own streaming activity and analytics.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you log.

6. AI coaching is guidance only

AI insights and schedules are generated from the data you provide and are suggestions, not guarantees. Streaming results depend on many factors outside our control. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on coaching output, and coaching is not financial advice.

7. No affiliation with TikTok

StreamPulsePlus is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its design, and its content. You retain ownership of the stream data you log. You grant us a licence to process that data solely to operate the Service for you.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that revenue calculations, AI outputs, or schedules will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use StreamPulsePlus ends; saved data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
