Payments

StreamPulsePlus Pro is a paid subscription. This page explains what you're charged, how billing works, and your rights as a customer.

Payment processor

All payments for StreamPulsePlus are handled securely by Base44 Payments, which is powered by Wix. Your card details are collected and encrypted on Wix's checkout pages and never reach StreamPulsePlus's servers. We only receive confirmation of your payment and the order reference needed to manage your subscription.

Price and currency

• StreamPulsePlus Pro: £4.99 per month, billed in GBP.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; no charge during the trial.

How billing works

• Your trial lasts 7 days. You can cancel before it ends and pay nothing.
• If you don't cancel, your subscription starts and £4.99 is charged to your payment method.
• After that, £4.99 is charged automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
• You can see your payments and subscription status anytime on the Billing page inside the app.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Cancelling a free trial before day 7 means you won't be charged at all.

Refunds

Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or cancel a free trial in time and still see a charge, contact us (see the Contact page) and we'll sort it out.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry via Base44 Payments. After repeated failures, your subscription may be paused and Pro features suspended until a valid payment method is restored.
