StreamPulse ("we", "us") operates the StreamPulse web and mobile app (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using StreamPulse you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and a display name, used to create and sign in to your account.
• Stream data you log: game name, date, time slot, start time, duration, viewers (peak, average, total), new followers, diamonds, and any free-text notes you add to a session.
• Settings: coin value, TikTok's cut percentage, weekly goal, days off, blocked slots, custom stream-time windows, and your optional Discord webhook URL.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We store the order status and product reference needed to manage your subscription; card details never touch our servers.
• Usage data: basic analytics events (such as which screens you open) to improve the product.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — calculating revenue from your diamonds, building your schedule, and generating AI coaching.
• To run your subscription, including trials, renewals and cancellations.
• To post your weekly schedule to Discord when you connect a webhook and apply an AI plan.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
• To analyse aggregate trends and improve StreamPulse.

AI coaching and screenshots

When you upload a TikTok live summary screenshot to auto-fill a log, the image is processed to extract stats and is not used to train any model. AI coaching output is generated from your logged data and is guidance only — not financial advice.

Sharing your information

• Base44 Payments / Wix: processes subscription payments and fraud checks on our behalf.
• Discord: only when you connect a webhook and choose to share your schedule. We send the schedule text you authorise — nothing else.
• Service providers: hosting and analytics providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate data agreements.
• We never sell your personal data. We disclose information only where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep your stream data and settings for as long as your account is active so your history powers coaching and trends. You can delete individual sessions at any time. When you close your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it for legal, accounting, or billing purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within StreamPulse (edit your streams, adjust settings, or cancel your subscription). To request full account deletion, contact us — see the Contact page.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Children

StreamPulse is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
